Taylor “No Mercy” Stratford

Taylor “Tay” Stratford has long been regarded as a rising talent in the 145 lb division in FMMA. AS an amateur she is currently 9-1 with her one lone loss to non other than current Strikeforce Bantam-Weight World Champion, Ronda Rousey.

Taylor recently located to northern California to build on what is already an impressive skill-set for an amateur. She has power everywhere. Taylor has earned victories in an assortment of manner. She is dedicated, driven and determined to be a world champion. Her wins have been in opposition to the top ranked females in the amateur division.

She currently trains with Coach Dana Morrissey of Morrissey’s Elite Training Center of Woodland, CA. where she is working on the finer points of technique in her game.

Taylor was to enter her professional career on October 6, 2012 in the all female promotion, Invicta Fighting Championships where she was to face Katalina Malungahuwho trains out of X-Treme Couture in Las Vegas, Nevada. Malungahu brought with her a 2-0 professional record with all her wins by K.O.  That fight unfortunately did not take place due to an injury suffered by Taylor. We look to see Taylor dominate with her striking prowess, power and conditioning in the very near future.
